Original and luminous eighteenth-century view of Wilanów Palace painted by Bernardo Bellotto. The palace is located on the left side of the painting, with splendid gardens in front and greenery all around the building. In the foreground, Bellotto depicts the road leading to the palace, busy with people, carriages, and wagons. Between the road and the palace there is a small grove. The sky is clear, coloured in light blue tinged with pink, with a few clouds. The painting, an oil on canvas, is dated 1776.
