The palace is perched on the hill on the left of the painting, while in the foreground are scenes of daily life in a rural setting. A particular feature of the painting is the light effect of a setting sun that "charges" the clouds with pink. Near the Ordynacki Palace there are other Warsaw palaces. The painting, an oil on canvas, is dated 1772.
The painting is exhibited at the Royal Castle, Warsaw, Poland.
