The artwork
An original and very fine photograph depicting the Elevation of the Cross, painted by Rubens.
The Elevation of the Cross is an oil painting on panel (462 x 341 cm (181.9 x 134.3 in)) made in 1610 by the painter Peter Paul Rubens, held in the Cathedral of Our Lady in Antwerp.
