Original and unique eighteenth-century view of Rome, with a western perspective, painted by Bernardo Bellotto. On the left side, you can admire Castel Sant'Angelo, connected by a mighty Romanesque bridge with three arches. Further in the background, you can admire St. Peter's. The scene features a clear sky, a blue shaded with white, which illuminates the waters of the Tiber in particular. Another version of this painting exists. The oil on canvas painting is undated.
