Original 18th-century sketch of the Loggetta of San Marco with a view of the Basilica, created by Giovanni Antonio Canal, known as Canaletto. In the foreground there is the Loggetta, barely sketched and distinguishable, while on the right side there is a sketch of the Basilica of San Marco with its domes and internal arches.
The work is undated. Another variant of this painting by Canaletto exists.
