It is a handmade paper made exclusively from cotton fibres, still produced today in the workshops of Amalfi using ancient medieval techniques. It is thick, naturally porous and soft to the touch, with its characteristic deckled edges. Its gentle texture gives the print a depth and warmth that ordinary paper does not have.

Yes. Some artworks are also available on canvas: in that case you will find the option directly on the product page. Canvas has a slightly textured surface and a natural finish that keeps colours vivid over time. If the artwork you like has no canvas option, write to us.

Each product page shows both: the size of the printed sheet and the framed size, i.e. the overall dimensions of the finished piece ready to hang.

Our frames are handmade by Tuscan craftsmen in beech wood, crafted to protect and enhance the artwork. Each frame is assembled by hand.

Yes, the artwork arrives with the hook already fitted: it is ready to hang.

It is a highly polished, very clear glass, of the same kind used in museums: it protects the print without taking anything away from the sharpness of colours and details.

We recommend not hanging it in direct sunlight and avoiding very humid rooms or places close to heat sources. To clean the glass, use a soft, slightly damp cloth, without spraying products directly onto the frame.

We use very high-resolution images, always above 24 megapixels at 600 DPI or more, reproduced with advanced printing technology: this is what lets you see the details even up close.

Before the final print we make several proofs on photographic paper, adjusting tones and colours until they match the original. Only when we are fully satisfied with the result do we print on Amalfi paper.

Yes. After printing we let the ink rest under controlled temperature conditions, so that the colour is permanently absorbed by the paper and the image stays intact for years.

The frames are handmade by our Tuscan craftsmen, exclusively in beech wood, and finished with museum glass. Each frame is the result of the Tuscan craft tradition.

Each artwork is prepared for you after you order: printing, ink resting and framing take 4-5 working days.

Yes. Message us on WhatsApp with the artwork you are interested in and what you would like: we will suggest a solution and a price. Artworks made to measure or personalised cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal.

After 4-5 working days of production, delivery usually takes 2-6 days. If the artwork is a gift for a specific date, such as Christmas, we recommend ordering well in advance; if in doubt, write to us before ordering.

Each artwork travels in a reinforced box, with protective corners and bubble wrap, so that it reaches you in perfect condition.

Yes, all shipments are tracked. When your artwork ships you will receive an email with the tracking code so you can follow the parcel until delivery.

Yes, we ship worldwide. For shipments outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply according to the rules of the destination country.

Write to us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, at info@trizioeditore.it, with a short description and a few photos of the damage. We will tell you how to proceed and, once the problem is confirmed, we will repair or replace the artwork or refund you, at no cost to you.

For catalogue products you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery from your customer account, following the procedure shown. The artwork must be returned intact and well protected; return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Full details are in our return policy.

Artworks made at your request in sizes or versions not available in the catalogue, and personalised artworks, for example with dedications, names or dates.
