The rectangular tower, prominent on the right side of the painting, dominates the landscape. At the foot of the tower there is a rural building and a pier overlooking the lagoon. The sky is cloudy, lighter in the background. Mountains can be seen in the distance. The painting, an oil on canvas, is undated.
