The Red Vineyard is an 1888 painting by Vincent van Gogh, made in Arles. It depicts peasants at work during the grape harvest, set in an autumn landscape ablaze with intense reds, yellows and oranges. The light of the setting sun sets the vineyard on fire, turning nature into a vibrant, almost unreal vision.
