An interesting historical view of the Flour Market in Vienna, by Bernardo Bellotto. Prominent is the square with a market in progress, crowded with people looking for a bargain. Around the square are handsome buildings, while further back is the church. The sky is clear but with a few clouds. The painting, an oil on canvas, is undated. There are four other variants of this work by Bellotto.
The painting is on display at the Kunsthistorisches Museum, Vienna, Austria.
