An original and interesting 18th-century view from the balcony of the Palais Kaunitz in Vienna, made by Bernardo Bellotto. Prominent are two distinguished nobles in conversation. The view from the balustrade is marvellous, with the Italian gardens in the background.
Beyond the garden are houses of Vienna. The painting, an oil on canvas, is dated 1759.
