The Vallombrosa Altarpiece is an oil painting on panel (415x246 cm (163.4 x 96.9 in) the central panel) by Pietro Perugino, dated 1500 and held in the Galleria dell'Accademia in Florence.
The painting was commissioned from Perugino in 1498 for the high altar of the abbey of Vallombrosa near Florence and delivered by July 1500.
