In the foreground there is the busy Grand Canal, with boats of various sizes, including several gondolas. The water is clear and clear, illuminated by the morning sun. Further to the left, the Rialto Bridge can be glimpsed. On both banks, the splendid Venetian palaces can be seen, arranged side by side. The painting, an oil on canvas, is undated.
