An original and highly prized photographic print of the Lucca Madonna, painted by Jan van Eyck.
The work shows the Madonna nursing the Child, seated on a large carved wooden throne with four small lion statues, alluding to the throne of Solomon. It stands against the back wall of a narrow room, which the sumptuous structure fills completely.
