A marvellous, clear view of Schlosshof Castle seen from the garden side, by Bernardo Bellotto. The marvellous castle dominates the scene, finely painted by Bellotto. In the foreground are the splendid Italian-style gardens, with noble ladies and gentlemen in scenes of daily life. The day is clear and serene. The picture, an oil on canvas, is undated, and there are other similar versions with variations in colour.
