An original and exquisite work depicting Saint Jerome and the Donor Girolamo Amadi, painted by Piero della Francesca.
In this painting too there is an interest in landscape and in the fine rendering of details, in the variations of material and "lustre" (that is, reflections of light), which can only be explained by direct knowledge of Flemish painting.
