In the center of the square there is the obelisk, surrounded by water, with a detail of horses pulling carriages racing across the water formed after a heavy downpour. The sky is clear, light blue tinged with pink, with a few clouds, and the city is trying to resume its daily life after the heavy rainfall. The painting, an oil on canvas, is undated.
