Historical map of Granada, from the late 16th century, created by Georg Braun. It is part of the "Civitates Orbis Terrarum" collection. It is a colored engraving.
The map illustrates Granada developed on several hills. The city is seen from a distance, while in the foreground, there are shepherds and knights taking a road that leads to the city. At the top of the map there is a coat of arms with an inscription.
The map is exhibited at the Biblioteca Universidad de Salamanca, Spain.
Georg Braun also Brunus or Bruin was a German cartographer.
