The Greek Madonna is a tempera painting on panel (82 x 62 cm (32.3 x 24.4 in)) by Giovanni Bellini, datable to around 1460-1470 and held in the Pinacoteca di Brera in Milan.
Art historians do not agree on the dating of the so-called Greek Madonna (named after the monograms in Greek letters written on either side of the image). Some date it to the artist's early works, between the late 1450s and the early 1460s, others to a phase after the Pietà, in the 1470s, when he was beginning to show his detachment from the example of Andrea Mantegna.
