The subject
The painting of the Adoration of the Shepherds, attributed to Jacopo Bassano, is one of the most remarkable works of 16th-century Venetian painting. This picture, originally part of the collection of Cardinal Girolamo Bernerio, was given to Scipione Borghese in 1611 and added to the cardinal's rich picture gallery in the casino at Porta Pinciana.
How an Amalfi art print is made, what the frame is like, what museum glass is, how long shipping takes, and how returns work: we’ve gathered all the answers on a single page.
