How reproductions are made

Trizio Editore artisans perform a reproduction of the subject with a unique technique. The image is printed several times as a test, until the correct combination of color tones is achieved. Eventually, a professional 12-color inkjet printer makes a perfect copy, which is double-checked manually and let dry in a protected environment. The artisans spread a natural fixative to preserve the image's luster and sharpness, and provide entirely handmade packaging.

Appreciated and used today by true quality connoisseurs, precious paper has an ancient tradition. A worldwide recognized symbol of Made in Italy, these exquisite prints reproduce priceless subjects that come to life in a new light.

When printing is finished, it moves on to drying, which is carried out in a protected environment with the right temperature and moisture that helps the colors remain vivid and full-bodied. The following fixing agent is used to keep the colors as freshly executed forever. In fact, the fixer makes direct contact with the surface and creates a real physical barrier between the colors and dust or weather.

The final choice of frames is a delicate and accurate design step. Beech, maple, or cherry each with its own distinctiveness and colors. With natural elements, we have special frames with incredible brilliance and lightness.
The matching of the frames clearly depends on the subject. To help us choose, art experts and painting masters perform tests and show us the best choice.
All reproductions are selected and supervised by our Italian artisans.
